It is my pleasure to lead for the Coalition on the Public Sector Restructure (Miscellaneous Acts Amendments) Bill 2009. As members would be aware, the object of the bill is to amend various Acts as a consequence of the Public Sector Employment and Management (Departmental Amalgamations) Order 2009, which commenced on 1 July 2009, and implement further administrative reforms in relation to the public sector.
